2 days Iyengar Yoga Workshop ~ Life Cadio

这个圣诞节送给我自己的礼物,
连续两天的艾扬格瑜伽with Teacher Ingrid ,
感恩老师 有学到, 也感恩Nandaji 的安排
 久违的同学们
我真的很感恩自己能与瑜伽接上, 
其实每次工作坊我都能感同身受的感觉
到自己过往带来的痛处。。
我自己的伤自己知,每次工作坊我都要去面对它,
练习者时候你就会发现能在那部份能有再进步的空间,
其实我真的发现瑜伽真的像*生活*一样, 它有痛。。
经过了就理解原来这些痛过候带来的就是释放痛而快活。
瑜伽让我了解自己的身体也让我了解生活的每个阶段,
每个阶段的变化怎样去观照它,
瑜伽让自己成为更好的自己这样才能引导学生进步。。
新年即将到来一起加油人生

Holiday Kids Yoga Camp - Concentration Game

#lifecadiostudioncafe kids yoga concentration game, to make the kids be quite and focus ,calm mind for a kids can't ask them sit and be silent, they are energetic if wan to guide them sit quite or meditation... you need something atleast let them tune down they voice and not interrupting other kids .. so i choose to let them refresh back what they learn in tis 2 day if some don like to draw just let them rest ... it 3pm 😊, the kids start to cool down their mind .
